The location itself is great and ive had nothing but good experiences. But as of tonight this place kind of sucks. I came in 20 minutes before final call to ask and make sure I could still get a drink (I was told it was 11:45) Slowly 4 of my friends showed up (last one arriving 7 minutes before final call) and everyone ordered a beer. One friend ordered a cocktail and was then ignored/ denied service for the remainder of the night. I went up to the bar to get a final beer about 3 minutes before final. The bartender comped a couple of my other friend and my drinks. I ended up tipping 100% and shooting the shit over what he claimed was an "asshole" who ordered a cocktail right near closing. As a bartender I agreed and laughed about how it sucks, and 2 other patrons next to me pulled me to the side and apologized for his behavior (as he was an asshole from the moment I got there and asked about final call) I was told the guy next to me was being an asshole the entire night, and how it ticked off the bartender. I love coming here every Tuesday for trivia!!! The food is always lovely and the staff is so kind. <3 I recommend the brat board and the queso.

This is the most fun place to go for dinner! I had the German plate, pretzel appetizer and Texas beer flight. Everything was great. The service was fantastic and very friendly.

12/27/2025: I attended a "Plate Party" with friends this past Saturday. I had no idea what to expect for a plate party. For those unfamiliar, it's basically like a loyalty club with FSDE. You get a plate added to the ceiling/wall and a reveal special for you. FSDE gives you a certain amount of free drinks and food for your party. It's pretty interesting how it works. They have a cool app to track everything. Bella was our waitress. She kept the drinks flowing with ease and a smile. There were about 15-17 of us throughout the time we spent there for the party. They brought out hot wings and quesadillas. I am not a wing person, so I stayed with the quesadillas. They were delicious! I really liked the flavor and they were fairly large (especially for a "free" party). Everyone was really nice and we had a great time. I am not a fan of places in town/city centers, as they are so hard to park in and you have a lot of traffic, but I did enjoy this place. We UBERED, so that helped since we were dropped off and picked up right at the entrance. FSDE has a nice long semi covered patio with benches. Wide selection of beers from all over the world and pretty good food. Great place for a group happy hour and hanging out with friends. Tons of craft beers on tap from all over the US and world. Service was very friendly and helpful in navigating the vast beer options. They will also give you a small taste to help you decide between a couple of options. Service was a little inconsistent. Our waitress was attentive most of the time but there were also large gaps in time where she was busy with other tables. Not that big of a deal since we were hanging out of several hours. Decent food selection. We got the burger and that was tender and juicy. There’s decent amount of outdoor seating when the weather is nice.
